Abir Leheta: CEO Egytrans

Leheta first joined Egytrans in 1996 as head of software development and was appointed to her current role in 2015. In the first nine months of 2024, Egytrans generated $12 million and had total assets of $19.7 million. In Q3 2024, the company finalized the logistics operations for the 500-megawatt Amunet Wind Project near Ras Ghareb. Leheta is vice chair of the Transport Committee of the Egyptian Businessmen’s Association, co-chair of the Transport and Logistics Committee at AmCham Egypt, and a board member of AHK Egypt.
